Pengertian Dasar Kepabeanan (Basic Understanding of Customs)

Kepabeanan adalah segala sesuatu yang berhubungan dengan pengawasan atas lalu lintas barang yang masuk atau keluar Daerah Pabean dan pemungutan Bea Masuk.

Customs is all activities pertaining to the supervision of the incoming and outgoing traffic of goods into or out to the Customs Territory and to collection of the Import Duties.

Daerah Pabean adalah wilayah yang meliputi darat, perairan dan ruang udara di atasnya, serta tempat-tempat tertentu di zona ekonomi eksklusif dan landas kontinen yang di dalamnya berlaku undang-undang suatu negara.

Customs Territory is the territory that consisting lands, waters and air space above them and certain locations in the exclusive economic zone and the continent shelf in which the law of a country applies in full.

Kawasan Pabean adalah area dengan batas-batas tertentu di pelabuhan laut, pelabuhan udara, atau tempat lain yang ditetapkan untuk lalu lintas barang yang sepenuhnya berada dibawah pengawasan Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai.

Customs Area is an area with certain bounderies at the sea ports, airports, or other places specified for traffic of goods that fully supervised by the Directorate General of Customs and Execise.

Pengertian Dasar Eksportir dan Importir (Basic Understanding of Exporter and Importer)

Eksportir adalah seseorang atau badan atau perusahaan atau instansi yang melakukan kegiatan penjualan, pengiriman dan/atau pengeluaran barang atau produk dari batas wilayah suatu negara ke negara yang lain.

Exporter is the person or firm or company or institution that do the activities of selling, delivering and/or outbounding of the goods or product from border of a country to another. 

Importir adalah seseorang atau badan atau perusahaan atau institusi yang melakukan kegiatan pembelian, penerimaan dan/atau pemasukan barang atau produk dari batas wilayah suatu negara ke negara penerima.

Importer is the person or firm or company or institution that do the activities of purchasing, receiving and/or inbounding of the goods or product from border of a country to destination country.

Pengertian Dasar Ekspor dan Impor (Basic Understanding of Export and Import)

Ekspor adalah suatu kegiatan penjualan, pengiriman dan/atau pengeluaran barang atau produk dari batas wilayah suatu negara ke negara yang lain.

Export is the activities of selling, delivering and/or outbounding of the goods or products from border of a country to another.

Impor adalah suatu kegiatan pembelian, penerimaan dan/atau pemasukan barang atau produk dari batas wilayah suatu negara ke negara penerima.

Import is the activities of purchasing, receiving and/or inbounding of the goods or product from border of a country to destination country.
